Shah Rukh Khan is known to be a real crowd-puller wherever he goes and his star power was proved early Tuesday morning (10 September) at the Dubai airport. Shah Rukh landed back in Dubai from his short London trip at around 3.30 am only to be greeted by a few of his fans who had been waiting for him for hours at that unearthly hour! A source says that far from being perturbed, Shah Rukh was at his charming best. "He met them and even posed for photographs with them," the source revealed.
With Shah Rukh back in town, the shoot for 'Happy New Year' once again resumes in the city. If you wondered how such a large cast and crew has been able to function without any problem or chaos (that marks most shoots in India), here's the secret: extremely stringent security measures have been put in place for the team.
Photographer Sanish Cherian who also runs a security agency for celebs says, "Approximately, there are around 20-25 security guards on various shooting locations. The number varies day to day depending on the schedule."
Of course, this does not include Shah Rukh Khan's personal security guards who accompany the superstar wherever he goes. Plus there are multiple agencies providing security to the crew.
Moreover, strict methods have been adopted to ensure that the shoot proceeds smoothly. The entire cast and crew have been given special badges and only those with badges are allowed to move in and around the sets. The rest are kept away. The only exceptions made are for the VVIPs, especially top officials.
The actors are all indeed hard at work and, at times, put in 10-12 hours of shoot a day with long breaks in between.
