The Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) organisers have just announced their celeb line-up for this year's edition, and, for now, Karan Johar leads Bollywood's star brigade.
Karan and Aparna Sen's presence at the fest has been confirmed among the names from Asia/Africa, but of course the list of guests is not final as yet, and more names are quite likely to be added for the fest, which goes on from December 12-19. Who knows, Karan might just be joined by his 'Koffee' buddies!
Hollywood biggies who will be at the fest this year include Sean Penn (who's being honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award), Carey Mulligan, Colin Firth and Colin Farrell.
DIFF will be screening 157 films from 57 countries of which 41 will be world premieres. Look out for movies including Tron:Legacy in 3D (the closing gala at the fest) and Ekta Kapoor's 'Shor' as well as Elektra which stars Manisha Koirala.
There's also a new venue for DIFF this year (apart from the Madinat Jumeirah) and that's The Walk at the Jumeirah Beach Residence. It will be the venue for free screenings as well as concerts. More-Info
